A question about creatine... i've heard man ways of taking it in powdered form. Mix with grape or apple juice, your favorite sports drink, water + sugar, water and some tbsps honey. Does anyone recommend any specific way, or are these ways fine? Another question is would it be fine to consume creatine, then about 30-40 minutes later consume whey? Whey straight with water, or mixed with some carbs?
