Little info on me. My names Travis, I'm 20 years old. I compete in MMA/Jujitsu tournaments. I recently got my 2nd degree blackbelt ( big deal to me
), the reason I tell you this is because for my 3rd degree I have to spar 3 people at once, and I think I'm going to need to be a little more built for this.
Right now I'm sitting at 170lbs, around 5% BF, I'm 5'11 or so. I would just like to be around 190lbs with maybe 180-185lbs of lean mass.
