I started lifting weights back in the mid 90s when I was in school. Ive been out of the game for awhile and have really missed going to the gym. Anyways Ive been lifting for about 8 weeks now and feel great! Ive been getting a little stronger each week and just starting to get solid pumps...man it feels good. I lift 4-5 days a week and take two days off. I supplement with creatine, glutimine and muscle milk protein by cytosport. Im kind of a hard gainer so Im not worried about getting fat and have just been on the mm for 1 week and Im liking it. Just wanted to say hello.
