Here's the plan. I'll message the guy and say I'm an american that would just love to hunt cats with him, and that I'm coming to aus to meet him. We meet up, drive to the outback somewhere, and I make sure this loser is disarmed, then let him attempt to defend himself against me. I leave his beaten carcass in the outback and return to america.

They have a feral cat problem in Australia, this guy I met over there had two dogs who both had run ins with feral cats and they got scarred up pretty well all over their faces and slashed ears the whole nine yards of what cats can do, especially the wildest ones...
I don't think killing them is as good as trapping them, although both ways tend to leave behind their kittens to starve to death...
