So here's where I'm at:

First off the study you always find on this seem to good to be true with the test subjects 32-40yrs. I've tried to find logs and logs I have found. But the people are much younger than 32-40. Results are not great when used as a standalone in these logs. So maybe I need to do a log on it as a standalone, I'm 44. The main side effects seem to be trouble sleeping when taken at night, painful joints, increased libido and mildly aggressive thoughts. I can take it early in the day, take a joint supplement and have lots of aggressive sex. I think that about covers it. Should I take one for the old team?

Yes, I go once a week more or less. Things are kind of slow right now. Last week was a bust. When I fish for metalheads it's that way or really good. It's the luck of the draw and I just have to hope the conditions are right on my days off.

: )

I hope you've been able to get out whip your pole.

Back in the day in Humboldt Ca

I remember your comment in my gallery and my response so I uploaded some 07 pics to gallery. Maybe I'll get some 08 pics up soon.

: )

nice pics those are some nice fish I used to fish the mad, and the Trinity and the Klamouth a little bit. I've been to washington by Bellingham just never got to fish it. They got crabs up there too I just got a kayak but have not been taking it out.

Hey nice fish! Here's a shot of my walleye caught Bay of Quinn Canada last fall. He was just under 10lb. Sorry just couldn't resist!

Ya I sold my boat a couple of years ago. Used to fish for them on Lake Ontario. There's some really nice salmon in there. The record on my boat was just over 30lbs but they catch em bigger than than for sure. Have to post a pic when I get home. *lol*

So it looks like the thread took a bit of a turn but that's not a bad thing when it's about fishing.

: )

I think I'll get my supplements from SB again because they were reasonable and very fast delivering that last product.

What's the best product for joints?

I just started taking cissus. Supposed to be used in India for healing bones but is also supposed to be good for tendons as well. Do a google on it. I've been fighting tendonitis in my elbow/forearm for a year now. Gonna give this a try...

Iâ??????ve readen that ORGANIC SILICIUM can be an effective treatment for joint pain

I remember that lure from my Grandfather's tackle box. Sure wish I had that box today!

Well I ordered some from SB and I'll post a small log on it for the 40+ to see how it might work for them based on what it does for me @ 44. If I like it, it will go for 6-8weeks.

I haven't ordered it yet but may add Cissus. I'm also increasing my fish oil and adding Flax to my shakes and salads.

Good times : )

I got the cissus in bulk here. I've been doing 2 tblsp of Udo's Choice Oil daily. Do fish oil also daily.

Got my 6 today. Since I don't plan a very intense log on this one, I'll post my thoughts in this thread.

i think cissus is crap. the only studies show it effective for bone fractures. i have tendonitis, which is where cissus is supposed to shine, and nada.

try celladrin, hualyronic acid etc.

Yes, tendonitis right elbow/forearm is killing my workouts- that's why I started taking the cissus. I read in a couple of different places it was recently shown to help but didn't see any actual studies. How long did you take it for?

30 days. i read a study about nitric oxide and tendonitis. the theory is that tendonitis is micro tears of the tendon, and they do not get enough blood flow, so subpar collagen is used to repair them, and the continue to tear. we all know nitric oxide promotes bloodflow, so it might work, who knows.

To tell you the truth I am pretty much desperate at this point. I've been through ice, heat, 2 months of rest, 2 months of physical therapy, cortisone shots, deep tissue massage and acupuncture. Needless to say I'm willing to try damn near anything! *lol*
