lol I was lucky to have a very full frame... Lol sometimes I'm very unlucky to have a very full frame ... And I guess you can say I'm a dry jacked guy. In all actuallity I've never done a cycle before so as far as I'm concerned I'm as jacked as I always am with 3 scoops of noxplode and a 5hr energy.

I LOVE going to the gym with just that, so im sure i will love going to the gym with the other just as much.

and to the guy who wants attentiom by trying to be "hard" and "to the point"... That theory
has already been put out there, and it's not beyond the realm of possibility but that came from naps that there was a hold-up in europe... We are at the mercy of a man called naps, so all we can do is believe what they tell us.

On a good note and off subject I went heavy at the gym yesterday first time since my surgery threw up 315 for the first time in a while. Feels good getting strength back. I am hoping for the 400 club by the end of the year. Well figured maybe today will be the day we shall see. I hope your orders find your mailbox soon as well!

Good to hear your feeling better bro...315 is a nice lift. Ive gotten it once, thats my max right now, be another year or so before i can hit the 400 club (hoping anyway). GL with your stuff also, hope it finds your box as well.

Yeah well I am doing it 5 sets of 6 reps heavy. I have been going up 5 pounds a week since I got the green light from the doctor on Feb 14th. I started light going no heavier than 225 and been steady increase since. I was hitting 365 before I got a hernia and had to chill. Took me about 3 months to get in for a surgery and recovery. Been on Test Prop for about a month now and loving the gains. Pinning EOD really is not fun though.

Nice, i got up to 315 dry...ive been concentrating on stamina and endurance lately though...been doing 10X10 with 135 (flat) then doing 10X10 with 40 d/bs (incline) then using 35 d/bs 10X10 (decline) then cable x's....going to go up to 145 10X10 this coming week. Since i switched up man im sore as a mother. I went heavy for 6 weeks, working these different fibers is killing me (in a good way).

Yeah I tell you why the tracking numbers are working now, it has nothing to do with the mail in Europe I know that for a fact and I am going to leave it there. Come on guys is that make any sense? A problem in the mail in Europe Come on. This is what happened naps was short of gear and could not provide all of us but still took our money and keep updating our orders but they were never ship till a month or two or who knows, that???s why they keep telling us to wait because they know is coming fucken super late but still coming, and that???s the reason why now some tracking number are working now two month later because just now are hitting the mail. I know I going to get some negative responses about this from some fucken sensitive fuckers that get insulted when we say some negative about naps but fuck it.

Me and my my buddy lost 1200$,with a company that went down..now im in for another 770$ and im waiting 10weeks..I heard they were out of stock on alot of products,but got everything back now...ill guess we shall see..
