A friend of mine (female) has asked for my help with some body recomposition.

she is about 5'9 160 (big girl, HUGE hips lol)

I suggested an 8 week course of anavar 5mg 2x a day (5mg in am, 5mg in pm)

alongside a couple cycles of clenbuterol, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off during anavar cycle, tapering up and down with dosage never exceeding 80mcg/day

Here is the catch... she is 18 years old. I figured this shouldnt be too much of a problem considering the mild nature of anavar, but am curious as to what others here think.

please offer advice bros, appreciate it.

also, if she would be able to run anavar, would she need any sort of pct? and if so, what would it be?

thanks

Agree with GXR, that mild of a cycle should be ok for her even at 18. But she does need to have her diet in check or she is just wasting her time as results won't be optimal.

Agree with Anabolic & GXR with the cycle choice, IMO she could get good results naturally with her diet & training in check..
I really think 18, is way too young to run a cycle.
As far as PCT, there's no need for one.

18 is very young, but a mild oral cycle is not that bad in my opinion. She will want to run some liver support just to be safe.

I suppose a lot really depends on if she works out, what the girls diet is like, stress levels, quality of rest and sleep and attitude to healthy living is like,

I would not like to be disrespectful or recommend medication legal or otherwise to anybody best bet IMO maybe a appetite suppressant or stimulant or something from her general practitioner or that her GP may be the best person to advise her bro.

her appetite isn't the problem.. she is one of those (like most americans) who thinks "if I eat less ill lost weight"..

Little do they know..

Im writing a diet and exercise program for her right now, in addition to providing information about good food choices. This, coupled with the addition of the drugs (whenever naps opens) will give her the results she is looking for I am quite confident.

She isn't wanting to look figure model status, just leaner, and tighter

ummm you should get her going to the gym first before having her on gear, especially since shes only 18...

I agree, it's a safe cycle, she'll be ok run it, I just think 18 is so young, good idea runing the liver support.

You this "I eat less to lose weight" mentality is the mentality most girls that young have, and it's sooooo far from correct...
That's where her problem is, she's not eating enough & has slowed down her metabolism..

if u have her diet & training in check, then, she'll get good results from this cycle.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
A lot of women have thyroid issues. Maybe she should start with t3, get her diet and training on track and then do some orals

She could try an ECA stack, it can be made fairly easy or purchased through some of the research companies.

speaking of "other companies" are sponsors disappearing?

extreme peptide and regenxxl are both gone lol

not really mine either, just curious as to where they went.

other sponsors served as merely a crutch in the absence of naps

Sponsors come and go, it's the nature of the beast. The real good ones like Naps find a way to keep on going.

She should hire a coach and diet consultant. Maybe you are both of those? Her diet and exercise is out of whack if she is overweight.

ECA stack for now; Anavar in a year or two if she is ready after her diet/training is in check and has been consistent for that amount of time.

Or maybe she is new to the world of being fit, you know nothing about this girl so that is a pretty broad generalization.

true that is why I said take a look at her diet and get it in check along with working out. Live the fit lifestyle for a year and see if she has what it takes to live like that.

If She doesn't then taking Anavar will do nothing for her. She will go back to old habit's that got her the way she is. Maybe the OP can post a pic if he wants us to critique her. 160 aint skinny tho.

My g/f is 18 and 5 foot 10.5 and is 130-135lbs and doesn't workout OR eat great. So 5'9 at 160 she is probably at least 20 lbs. overweight. And only 1 way to get that way brother, diet is out of line.

True, I just think that hiring a coach at this point is not needed if SD is helping her. Her diet does need to improve, and drugs aren't a cure all. Just think maybe she needs a kick in the ass to get going.

I agree with this. Right knowledge and a kick in the ass. I got my gf to drink water now but she is not the working out type. I wish I could see a pic of her in 20 years. Wait, her mom is kinda fat.

well, thanks a lot guys, this thread has answered my questions.

Ill definitely be helping her imrpove her diet and workout regime, and the addition of these compounds wil get her to where she is trying to go..

itd be nice if i could attain my ideal physique with diet, cardio, clen and 10mg of anavar a day haha

In summary.

I agree with all of your sentiments brother.

i wouldnt advise a cylce to anyone under 21.. even var..hormone levels are not stable enough yet imo

and i wouldnt advise clen to anyone period.. its a shitty substance that is not needed and it terrible for your heart

well anavar is mild enough to give to children, so needless to say im not too concerned about it.

And clen, if used at dosages that exceed safe amounts can be damaging yes, but then again..everything is bad for you in unsafe amounts.
