i see here many people very excited about all kinds of supplements and are more excited if they find out that these supplements contain more crap than legally allowed and start insulting FDA and doctors etc..if they ban such supplement. well here is the fact: a good proper diet in civilized countries does not require ANY vitamins and supplements, How can you tell that you need more vitamins and supplements??????the body takes what it needs , excess vitamins and supplements is not better, the more is not the better , on the contrary the body tries to eliminate any excess nutrients and if this excess is over a certain limit then it puts too much load on the liver.. kidneys..etc...and most supplements contain artificial crap that would be stored in the body and cannot be processes thus harming liver etc...
even when you work out supplementation and vitamins needed is minimal not nearly as much as companies selling them advertise. try to get most of the nutrients needed from proper diet and minimize artificial supplements.
as far as hormonal supplements: the body if healthy is an amazing machine and works on a very delicate balance, testosterone production varies depending on many variables and depends on many factors and other hormones, when you inject extra hormones you screw up this balance and something is gonna get hurt, you gain from one side and you loose from another side. Only medical tests can determine how to restore proper hormonal balance.
The catch here is that side effects and problems will not be detected in a short term giving you the illusion that you are ok, but in the long run things can accumulate. Also some people can tolerate things like steroids better than others and can use steroids for a long time with no side effects but others can't so it is like playing russian roulette.
So instead of wasting your time, money and health on crap , ..take my advice i ve been training for ages :concentrate on your training.
