Meal 1: whey protein 30g + 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 120g chicken breats + 1 cup rice + brocoli
Meal 3: same
Post workout: whey protein 30g
Meal 5: 120g steak + sweet potatoes + spinach
Meal 6: same
Meal 7: cottage cheese + cucumber
casein 30g before sleeping....
and the shit is not bunk... he tested it in a lab it is good, other took the same shit and they got freat results

he is in the start in week 4 and no difference not even strength gains in the workout
Increase your protein... All the gear he is running I would all most double the amount of protein. That was similar to my diet and every thing got doubled. My nutritionist got me on over 300g protein and 400 carbs a day. Most of my carbs comes from Ezekiel bread and rice. I can't eat oats any more if I do I eat two cups of it but blend it and drink it. I just cant eat unflavored oats period right now. My calorie intake is at 3800 a day. I am putting on 1lb a day average on underdosed test, deca that is probably underdosed too, but fucking kick out dbol I just got. I am just waiting for my new good stuff to come in. All the shit I bought a month ago was bunk. My test levels at 900mg of test was less then 5000. They should easily be over 8000 with that amount of test.
