Problem!

his diet:
Meal 1: whey protein 30g + 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 120g chicken breats + 1 cup rice + brocoli
Meal 3: same
Post workout: whey protein 30g
Meal 5: 120g steak + sweet potatoes + spinach
Meal 6: same
Meal 7: cottage cheese + cucumber
casein 30g before sleeping....
and the shit is not bunk... he tested it in a lab it is good, other took the same shit and they got freat results

the cycle is 8 weeks
week 1-8
tren a 75mg ed
test p 50mg ed

he is in the start in week 4 and no difference not even strength gains in the workout

Increase your protein... All the gear he is running I would all most double the amount of protein. That was similar to my diet and every thing got doubled. My nutritionist got me on over 300g protein and 400 carbs a day. Most of my carbs comes from Ezekiel bread and rice. I can't eat oats any more if I do I eat two cups of it but blend it and drink it. I just cant eat unflavored oats period right now. My calorie intake is at 3800 a day. I am putting on 1lb a day average on underdosed test, deca that is probably underdosed too, but fucking kick out dbol I just got. I am just waiting for my new good stuff to come in. All the shit I bought a month ago was bunk. My test levels at 900mg of test was less then 5000. They should easily be over 8000 with that amount of test.
 
For the successful gainers here, do you feel like you're force-feeding yourselves? I guess I'd always assumed that effort (weight training, long distance marathons, etc) would lead to greater appetite and you could just feel your way to calorie completion. Heading over to fitday now...

YES! I started in January of this year. Went from 190 to 235 currently. 1 10 week cycle only. I hate eating now ha ha! Some days it's more of a chore, but it must be done.

I fthis "friend" is super experienced with hormones then of course he wont continue gaining without increasing dose, increasing food, adding gh, adding slin etc....

If he is just a beginner then this makes little sense if the gear is spot on ---but on those calories his body has 2 options...

Gain muscle and lose fat

maintain muscle and drop a ton of fat....

Which option is happening

look dude...i know many and i mean many guys, and i am one of them who grow and progressed greatly on steroids with even a worse diet than this! so dont tell me it is his diet ok.! the guys body isnt accepting the steroids or something, there is something wrong!... he doesnt even gain strength in the gym or any tren sides! the tren is legit 100%, he even tried, deca, boldenone, primobolan before with no use...IT IS NOT THE DIET

Look dude....unless your friend is 140lbs a diet like that isn't going to put weight on him no matter how much steroids he injects. I eat more food than that and I'm cutting, and I'm fucking starving all the time. Nobody is immune to steroids.
 
Whew 4 ounces of meat. Man I eat lb of ground beef before bed haha. Or a 60g protein shake with milk and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
 
Well i get insomnia within 2 days of injecting.

Never had a night sweat or tren cough. It's prob bunk gear. But to really gain size on tren u have to eat a ton every day. I can eat fast food 7 times a day and not gain weight. I'll recomp and get strong as fuck tho

I would get checked out, I work at a hospital , you could possibly be type 2 diabetic, or have a thyroid problem both of these will prevent you from gaining weight, even while on steroids.

he is a beginner, this is his first cycle btw...! and nothing of those 2 options is happening, the gear is good not bunk!,he is not gaining muscle or losing fat, his body looks the same through the 5 weeks!, his body has something wrong in him!!!!

There must be something wrong with his brain as well if he has to get his friend to ask these kinds of questions for him.
 
listen from a nutritional stand point im just trying to help dont get upset but here are the facts.....

doing the math i was 145lbs and i needed 3000 cals a day to grow just on food i was eating close exactly what you posted but with double the carbs and was gaining 1lb a week listen heres the math from the list you entered (not exact but closed since i didnt have everything i need to be exact)

protein= 266 grams a day
carbs= 196
fats = 25

so at 145lbs i was eating
protein = 250 grams a day
carbs = 350
fats = 55

so you see unless your friends is a twig he wont grow on that meal plan, i went from 145 to 170 (wich isnt bad considering im only 5'5'') useing those numbers
now im sitting at 185 and i eat even more then what i said since i weight more now

conclustion before he walks into the doctors incease your carbs and fat by at least double and if he dosent grow in a month then yes theres something wrong

If you know it's neither of those two things and you think there's something wrong with his body, then you already know the answer on what to advise him, GO GET CHECKED OUT!!!

ya i know that there is something wrong with him, but the problem is i dont know what he can check out for!!! hormones or what i dont know anything! i never did a blood work in my life except for test and estrogen levels only! and that was while i was off cycle
 
The consensus here is that the guy clearly isn't eating enough, but you seem determined to reject that conclusion no matter what.

Can you get your friend to at least use a diet calculator such as the one at fitday.com? It will use your height/weight/age and activity log to determine your calorie requirements, then take your food log to compare against it. Your friend's eating schedule seems skimpy, at least on calories -- by my calculations it's less than 3,000 per day and unless he's a very tiny guy and/or is dousing everything in olive oil that isn't recorded in the list, it looks like a calorie deficit.

I just bumped my numbers up to 4000 calories and 200g protein per day, and wow... it's an effort. Definitely a lot of eating when you don't feel like it. I wonder how much hate would rain down on us if the weightloss forums got wind of what we're struggling with here.
 
i have seen a guy on steroids and not gaining anything from it, his diet is also fine , i think there are more to it than just taking steroids, the process of taking benefit from AAS and gaining muscle is not as simple as some might think.
i even know of a guy who spent a fortune on HGH and AAS for months and was trained by a pro, ..what he gained was minimal and he lost quickly everything after he stopped HGH.
As far as eating, i disagree with the concept of overeating, over eating will lead to building up fat...fat build up on top of muscle will give you the illusion of being bigger ..but it is all fat...sure you will gain weight but what kind of weight????? .the toughest workout will not require more than 500 Kcalories , and in general it is much less than that....so i believe in quality food and quality workouts and of course genetics help. gaining weight quickly = gaining mostly fat, gaining muscle without fat is a challenge and it is a slow process.
As i said the process of using all the AAS to build up muscle is not as simple as that, you may see guys with test levels of 400 and building up muscle like crazy , and others with a test level of 800 having a hard time building up muscle.
 
if someones not eating alot or doesnt have an appetite just drop how many days a week you workout that will help save calories to grow.try 4 days a week that will help alot specially for a pencil neck

I may have missed it earlier in the thread but what are his stats? Does he have any other symptoms other than not reacting to the steroids?

Also, you really should try to tell him to change up his diet.
 
Fucking horseshit genetics,,,, I have seen poor guys SIMILAR to this...still got 'something' but absolutely pitiful gaining propensity..

Funny thing is they would be on MORE than people that looked good --- yet ASSUMED those guys had to be on more...lol

also it was mentioned that the guy is a beginner...then that is a problem , these days people want results fast..... building a nice body should take years, so they jump into roids while still beginners...here is the bad news: roids are not the answer for beginners, a young bodybuilder starting steroids might not get the results expected, and if he did , he will lose everything once off roids and he will even get worst than when he started.

so since steroids are not helping, the first thing to do is to stop taking them...he should take few months off, train naturally then if he insists try again with different AAS something that is for sure legit.
as for why he did not get any results the first time: could be many reasons, it is hard to tell, like i said before , i have seen people on roids with no gains

You don't have 2000cal there!!!! You arent gonna grow off of that!!! and the doses are REALLY low! if that gear is underdosed, which it probably is, then you are really getting half that, so its not hardly replacing the natural amount you shut down!

but you could grow without it if you just ate!
 
You gotta eat to grow..... if you have trouble eating alot start choosing more calorie dense foods!!!!!
 
There is still facts that are not adding up --

Yes -- we know that eating 2000 calories is not enough food for a surplus unless hes a 105 lbs sedentary girl.

HOWEVER -- he should either be dropping some BF% from training OR accruing some extra/intra cellular fluids from

the hormones....

Did anyone even read my post? # 40 I was training a member that had this exact same problem, Hi Blood Glucose levels will not let you do anything until its controlled, even if you are on steroids, He needs to see a Dr it could be a number of things, Thyroid..etc, but i'm betting money it's his glucose sugar, I could be wrong but I work at a hospital and he definetely needs seen about.
