I want to start my cycle asap but I decided to push back my cycle a month or two just to cut down some bodyfat that I gained from the past 6 months of bulking natty. Will update this when I start the cycle!

Unless I cut on a low dose of test :thinking: hmmmm, thoughts? Something like 250mg of test per week
 
What's your bf%?...IMO the low bf% thing you hear on the net required to cycle is pretty misinformed information at times..

I'd say around 17-18% I'm feeling sloppy lol so yeah I'm contemplating either a 4-6 week cut before the cycle or start the cycle now & continue gaining (at a reasonable rate to minimize fat gain) and then start cutting in jan or feb.

if your not 20%+ i would not worry too much

alot of BF can lead to more sides from the aas. but 17% or 18% difference is nothing extreme . 25% id say trim first.

Okay well with what you and s2h have said regarding the 'needing to have low bf % when running a cycle paradox', I'm thinking f it lol I'm gonna start the cycle tomorrow.

So check it, I'm not really gonna cycle. I am planning to stay on for good while lol

I'm looking at running 500mg test-e for ~ 16-18 weeks.
Weeks 1-5 I'll be running 20mg ultradrol along with test-e. Weeks 10-18 Epi/xtren (40mg/90mg).
After those 18 weeks I am dropping test-e to 200-250mg and chill there for a 4-6 weeks. Then from there I'm leaning towards cutting, but haven't planned that far ahead yet.

I will be running aromasin @ 10mg everyday throughout my duration.

HCG I am waiting for it to be delivered, I'll start that when I get it. Should I increase my aromasin dosage when I start HCG? Reason I ask is because I've seen reports online that HCG can/does increase estrogen & risks of gyno.
 
Did my first injection this morning into my right quad. Was surprised on how easy & painless it was. :thumb:
 
PIP from my first injection was not bad at all, felt like a slight dead leg/charlie horse. BUT that went away in 24 hrs!

Just did 2nd injection, went smoother than the first.

~ 3 more weeks till that der test kicks in full force!

Off day hoy. Pinned my right glute today, I def prefer pinning glutes over quads.

Ima start posting my workouts soon. I track them so I'll start putting em up here.

As a overview I just started a push/pull/legs/off then repeat split. Before that I was doing push/pull/off/push/pull/delts&arms/off with no leg days due to knee (patellar) tendonitis. Laid off legs for two & half months. I hit legs for the first time yesterday, felt great. No pain or discomfort on squats or leg press. Before any movement that activated my quads would cause pain. I hope that the 2.5 months off did the trick :)

Nooo, I think Ima just let it be lol But really though whats the consensus of massaging the area? I see some people say no it causes scarring and others saying it helps with PIP.

Recap
Weight is up ~ 4-6 lbs. Did my fourth pin yesterday (left glute). Got a blood pressure reading this past saturday, everything is normal. Proabably 5-6 weeks in I'll do a blood test to see test/estro levels and what not. Felt really pumped and full in the gym. Tomorrow is Pull Day, lets get it yo! :ohyeah:

This is a good question. If I could add just a bit to it.

I run 250iu 2xW, timed with my Mon AM/Thu PM Test shots.
However, after my last Test shot during my 14 Test runoff I run a 10 day HCG blast @ 500iu ED.
Then drop the HCG once PCT starts.

Question is, during HCG blast should I bump up Aromasin dosage frequency from EOD to ED, just up the dosage, or keep it the same as on cycle thru end of PCT?
