got fed up with urine testing and shit in the cup? i know someone who might try this tomorrow and say they couldn't pee.

i think it's hilarious. being treated like a criminal and subjected to warrant-less searches without reasonable suspicion of criminal activity is something the ACLU is getting involved in. i think it'd make a very good statement for people to start doing this.

if it happens i'll update.

I've done soooooooo many for work. I'm most likely going to have to do one next week. Fucking sucks, I had to give up weed and switch to cocaine in the meantime.

it happens to people in Maine who get pain meds and adhd meds. not sure about other states. also dea is asking for peoples med records in direct violation of privacy laws.

contact the aclu. there gets to be a point it's just plain fucking harassment. the AQCLU says "because there are few laws protecting our privacy in the workplace, millions of American workers are tested each year - even though they aren't suspected of drug use. Employers should not have the right to require employees to prove their innocence by taking a drug test without any evidence that they are using drugs." they might get involved. they are challenging these abuses.

"Employers have the right to expect workers not to be high or drunk on the job," said Ephraim Hess, ACLU Cooperating Attorney. "But employers who conduct drug tests on workers who are not suspected of any use of drugs are policing private behavior that has no impact on job performance. That is an unjustifiable intrusion on a person's bodily integrity, a freedom guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution."

i say we all start saying no or shitting in cups. :coffee:

you feel that way because it is. they pull kids out of class and make them piss in cups. all this shit need to just be stood up to. if every single American says no what are they going to do? they need workers.

Drug Testing During Employment

Many states have laws that limit the conditions under which an employer may require drug screening of existing employees. Typically, employers must justify drug tests of current employees as a safety and/or business necessity or in response to suspicion of drug use. Generally, although it varies from state to state, employees may be screened for illicit drug use under the following circumstances:

  • The employee's job poses a significant safety risk to others, or to him or herself
  • The employee is enrolled in a drug rehabilitation program or has just completed such a program
  • The employee was involved in a work-related incident where the use of drugs is suspected
  • Management has a reasonable suspicion that a given employee has been using illicit drugs, based on behavior or physical evidence

No but I did think about rubbing one out and dropping the cup with my small unimpreasive load. Imagine the look on the nurses (?) Face.

i'd jerk off all over the outside of the cup and drag it across as many surfaces as i could before dropping it off.

This is my situation...
  • The employee's job poses a significant safety risk to others, or to him or herself...hhhmmmm

I've only had to do them for pre-job screening and if I'm involved in an incident. I definitely don't agree with random tests whenever the employer feels like doing one however. One major company called Suncor tried implementing that and it went to the courts. The court's actually used reason and voted it down saying it infringed on peoples rights. I'm all for pre-screening though. Whenever we do a shutdown we have to pull in hundreds of trades guys to do work. You wouldn't believe some of them, they even fail the pre-alcohol screening because they're alcoholics and were drinking the night before. I've caught guys smoking crack in outhouses, weed up in the piperacks, and all sorts of other shit. Some of those people are supposed to operate huge rock trucks and things like that.

I thought about making a smart ass comment to the service that comes to my workplace but then I realized, fuck that dude has my life in his hands...After realizing that I was really pissed...Now I am considering Diesels idea....

i'm kind of an outspoken bitch anyway and asked my doctor if she wanted to be a doctor or a cop. i said you wanna treat me like a patient fine but if you want to treat me like the poster girl for Bangor's drug problem we're not going to get along. i like her and actually enjoy going there but it's horseshit that you have to agree to have your rights violated because a dr prescribed a schedule 2 drug. the forms you have to sign are just plain unamerican. not me that's thinking of shitting in a cup but i def support the idea.

i started getting ritalin and they treat you like john dillinger about it. anyone that's done real crystal meth or snorted a shit ton of coke... knows what a joke ritalin is. it's absurd they shit cows over prescribing it.

i got vicodin once after surgery but usually never even accept pain meds when offered for different problems. i tell my dr asprin works for me. they should be able to look at that history and know i'm not joe blow.

the smart ass in me would like to put something alarming like one of those little penis fish in the cup... or a fake embryo. a tiny little copy of the constitution.

in some European countries, cops can force you to pee in a cup to test for gearz if ur jerked :coffee:

i'd miss the cup and pee all over the cop. bastids.

You ready for this? My daughter was diagnosed with narcolepsy so she can have ritalyn no problem. But if an ADULT needs it, different story. WTF? The doctor was the one that brought that up!! You could tell he was a little fed up with the whole paperwork bullshit thing going on.

wtf..lol

come to think of it I cant remember why I stopped seeing him

i like to pee in cups..i find it a challenge not to pee on my hand...must be the 5yr old in me:)
