you need to eat anything and everything ALL THE TIME. you look like you are suffering from malnutrition, not healthy for a lifter! tsk tsk.
 
No malnutrition...I go for my doctor's checkups regularly, and nothing is ever out of whack. I have hyperthyroidism, but I do eat a lot 6 times a day. Thanks Ivanry
 
Your arms and shoulders are really building up. Gotta bring up the back more. What does your back routine look like?
 
I usually do back and bis. My training has been pretty inconsistant (my mom doesn't like me training at all), and I only get to the gym about once per week *if that - usually twice per month :( * For back, I do 3 sets of 12 of the following: standing t-bar rows, wide grip lat pull dows, seated cable row and then 3 sets of chin ups to failure.
