No malnutrition...I go for my doctor's checkups regularly, and nothing is ever out of whack. I have hyperthyroidism, but I do eat a lot 6 times a day. Thanks Ivanry
I usually do back and bis. My training has been pretty inconsistant (my mom doesn't like me training at all), and I only get to the gym about once per week *if that - usually twice per month * For back, I do 3 sets of 12 of the following: standing t-bar rows, wide grip lat pull dows, seated cable row and then 3 sets of chin ups to failure.
