mrmark - I did a low carb/carb cycling diet. 1g of carbs per Ib. of bodyweight for 3 days, 2g carbs per Ib. on the 4th day. I basically did no cardio. I've found it doesn't do anything for me really. Super clean eating and pounding the iron does the job. The only cardio I'll ever think about doing is 15 - 20 minutes of HIT, any other forms I've found to basically burn more muscle than anything else despite what I'm told all the time.
Resist meals well I tell you when you start to see fat melting away that's motivation enough. I still ate all the time. My lowest calorie days were still 2300 - 2400. I cut very slowly eating more every 4th day, more carbs more calories. Towards the end I was starting to go a little nuts. I was down to less bf than that pic. I chewed a lot of sugargree gum and drank a lot of water. You can also eat as much veggies as you want for the most part and I ate a ton of broccoli everyday.
I don't know about time. This didn't happen overnight. I've been lifting for about 8 or 9 years straight but never really had visible abs till 3 - 4 years ago when I actually stopped eating crap and drinking all the time.

i believe you, but if i do that diet i will sure you that i lost all my glutes, and may be the people say that i a`m using drugs, like smoke stone.

Examples of lunch. Hmm sometimes on low carb days that could be a can of tuna and a handful of almonds or peanuts. Pretty bland but I can eat bland foods all day long. For breakfast I ate the same thing pretty much everyday whether it's low carb or high carb day - old fashioned oats, skinless chicken breast, and broccoli with a few grams of fish oil caps. I'd always try and eat some lean red meat a few times a week too like flank steak. I wear out my Foreman grill pretty quick. I need a new one every year.:]
