i actually am a health nut, and i eat like 3300 calories a day, 200-250 grams of protein.... but i'm a vegetarian, so its hard. i spend WAY to much cash on shakes. i do cardio twice a week for 25 minutes just to keep my BF low
 
when you're posing try not to strain as much. If you're preparing for a comp and you do this,.......
