With or without the shirt you don't look any where close to 23% bf!!!1 Dude, you are 5'6 126lbs. First of all if you had 23% bf at 5'6" you would look ridiculous. You would be filling that shirt up and busting out the sides. Second I find it hard to believe that someone can be 16yrs old and weigh 126lbs and be 23% bf!!! That would mean you only have 97lbs of LBM. that is insane. Don't worry you are far from obese (which is what 25% bf would look like)
