Bustinout there were many things that led up to making the change, pride, I could not stand how I looked. Limitation, got to the point I could not put on socks without huffing and puffing. July of 2002 collapsed in the street unable to breathe from a minor heart attack. Turned 57 half way between the pics.

Rissole, ( no hair cut ... its in a poney tail ) and FireStorm, thanks for the welcome and encouragement. This is now a life style for me and I will continue on this path.
