I was over 12 % body fat before I started working out at 186lbs.The first pic was 1 month after I started working out, I was under 12% bf then at 183 lbs and now Im -11% at over 187. I dont want to be much more than 195, then I'll go to a maintenance routine.
I will put up measurements later this week.

STAY WITH IT BUDDY!!! You are DOING A DAMNN GOOD JOB!!! I agree with you - at 195 and 6'1" tall that is a damn good weight especially if you are EXTREMELY Muscular and perfectly defined!!! You do not need more weight - you are then PERFECT!!!! You ARE DOING A DAMN GOOD JOB!!!!!!!
