Nothing different dietary at all. I dont do any recreational drugs either and virtually nil alcohol for weeks n weeks. I informed the docs of my AAS use and the dosage and they basically dismissed it as coincidence. My 500mg Sust shot was due today and I took it anyway............ :rocker:

Ok so I'm increasing the Primo to 400mg pw So thats Weeks 1-10 Sustanon 250 twi weekly (500mg) Weeks 1-5 Primo 400mg Weeks 1-6 Anapalon 100mg ed Weeks 5-10 winstrol depot 1ml eod (ouch) :D

Similar stack really only anabol @ 25mg ed instead of anapolon only difference is very little cardio and I ate everything in sight........which makes me wonder if clean food is the way to go. I'd hate to cut the cardio back cos I feel much fitter as a result of it but if its stoppin my gains...

Also forgot to point out that I'm still in the fairly novice stages of AS so please bear this in mind before quoting all your SUPER stacks!!!! :thumb:

and all is well. Strength is definately on the up but weight isnt budgin as of yet. My diet is the best I've ever had it 6 meals a day and only my last of the day being supplemented with a protein shake. I'm wondering if the lack of weight gain so far is a result of my diet being a lot cleaner...
