I'm a 21 year old guy that just started bodybuilding last year but I consider myself a fairly experienced lifter because of what I've learned and the progress I've made. I'm naturally very small, and without steroids, in about 10 months I've gone from 5'7 115lb to 156 lb at about 8% body fat and from squatting 115 to 365 and dead lifting 365 for 5 reps. I'm here to fine tune my knowledge of certain aspects of bodybuilding.
