    Hello I'm Pierre

    I'm 6-0 145 with minimal body fat. I would like to gain some muscles and get that elusive six-pack with a v-cut. For the past month I've been jump roping, jogging, along with pushups and pullups. I'm excited to learn of different manners to strengthen my abs and add muscle.
