    nlarge2 has like 53 grams of protein and has like 600 something calories without milk per serving. its awesome at post workout to its got a shit load of carbs. it should most definitely put a lot more mass on u if u use right.

    Creatine Results Period

    u wont feel anything drastic, the main thing i noticed from creatine was getting a little extra power on the bench, for instance when i was loading i might be able to put up 5 more pounds on my max bench, and like he said a weight gain from all the water retention.

    just take each once thats all u need. i would use the creatine after the work out and the arginine post workout and no they definitely will not cancel each other out.

    ur protien intake is good but i would even say take in more, try to even double ur body weight in protien, and im not sure how old u are but if ur over 25 test enhancers might not be a bad idea.
