    over training?

    im 42 years old male and have been training for 5 months with good results, lost weigh, gained muscle size ,i feel good the only problem is for the last few weeks haven't been up to par in bed with the wife. i never had a problem before,could it be from over training.i train 3-4 times a week 2...
