I was just asking because I am taking some stuff called Xpand. It works awesome and lets me do more reps with less fatigue, but I was wondering if the creatine in it would affect me trying to lose body fat???So would it be harder for me to lose body fat with creatine???
Hey guys, I just started my bodybuilding journey and have a question. Is it bad to take a creatine supplements while still losing body fat???If it is bad, then why?? Or should I wait til I am at my target weight to take creatine??? All input would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Nik.
