Just wondering how I should go about getting protein after a workout along with making sure I get the bcaa and recovery essentials. It seems there is a separate drink for everything. I don't want to spend all my time filling up on drinks. Options?
Guess I have my info wrong. So what is suggested during cycle for gyno issues? I thought of deca only cycle but at my age that would be dick suicide. My diet is ok (not overly strict but ok) and my workouts are good.
My current test level is 496 as of last week. I didn't know if I should go with prop because of the high aromatization of cyp. Because of my gyno issue. So if I go with deca I would take arimidex. My worries are the gyno issue from the first cycle without any gains.

Will try. Thanks! I just don't get why that's the only effects I have had. No water retention at all and no increased libido. Haven't seen much gains yet but hope that changes soon. I thought at 150lbs I would see more by now.
