    Muscle cars ??

    BP - I think you are right about the Bronco on 35s. Also I have never seen one that didn't have a rusty floor. I am into old trucks - currently working on a 1952 Fargo. I have 2 1959 Chev half tons trucks (one 2100 & one 3100) waiting in the wings. Not muscle cars but fun none the less.

    Sleep Apnea

    Cap I'm not a spammer and I agree DGG has a good sense of humour. I just thought I would post my experience in here. If anything has helped me it was figuring out that I had apnea and was not sleeping. If what I posted helps someone else get out of their fog then good.

    When you read bodybuilding advice sites they always say - get lots of sleep (8 hours) and everyone knows that "you don't build muscles in the gym you build them while your body is at rest" SO what do you do when you are getting 8 or more hours of sleep and yet you still feel tired and exhausted...

    Thanks guys. Diet - that is the main problem with me and what has lead me down a negative path. I need to get my diet in check. And portion control - lol Last night I was bored and actually had another person in the gym so I tried to feel out some 2 rep maxes. Squats - 365lbs Bench 245lbs...

    RA: Protecting Your Joints from Damage

    Thanks Gena- I have arthritis in my hip. My goal is to lose weight. Most of the other techniques in your list I allready employ.
