    Hello, everyone!

    I am new to this board and to training. I am 6'1" and am about 150lbs...so my uphill battle is pretty steep, I think. I've been thin my entire life, but I am also very toned and lean. I want a change. I've begun a workout regime, recommended by a colleague who works out, and hope to see results...
