twice a week is fine bro. test cyp n eq arent supposed to injected very often. eq usually comes in 200mg/ml. so just inject twice a week n u'll have 400mg.

how abt bold? its mild. but the recommended cycle for bold is 6-8 weeks whereas for epistane its 4 weeks. my goal is to go for a mass gaining cycle.
