Thanks for the Info. I starting out 250mg's of test-e i added 50mg's of propthe test-e will be m-f and should i do my prop 3or4 times a week. And should i do a pyramid type of cycle
No I Didn't die:pissed: but my quad is damn near crippled i can hardly walk.It didnt hurt going in last evning and it didnt fell bad a few hours after.But this morning holy fuck i cant make it down my stairs.

I've been reading every night for the last month mostly on this forum and an old book my buddy gave me.It's just a reinsurance question and to see how peoples experiences are.I can defnitly read and learn more though.
Hey bro's just wanted to know from your past experiences,what is a better pin spot for test e Quads or Glutes also if thier is any benefit using quads over glutes or glutes over quads any info is greatly appreceaited?
