    How often should i take force factor?

    I'm 22 years old, about 6'3'' 220 lbs. I just received the force factor free trial and usually work out 5 days a week. Am I going to gain weight with this? It says take 2-4 capsules before breakfast and same before lunch. I heard somewhere that you can do it before any of your meals.. Would...
