I am a writier in the process of writing Free Spirit Fitness. It is a revolutionary philosophy that I applied toward fitness and lost approx 125 lbs in ten months. I am also disabled with what doctor's call Failed Back Syndrome and have had to undergo several surgeries. I currently have a morphine pump permanently installed in my lower abdomen and use Fentanyl patches.
I have just regained the ability to become physically active again. During my second round of surgeries I had an extended convalesence and gained much of th weight back.
I am repeating my methodology, this time with the advantage of knowing I have a contract with a publisher to re write the book and the subsequent articles that it produces, as I go through the process again.
Since last time I had no prior inclination for a book, this new endeavor is more complete as I am able to write about my progress. Last time I used no anabolics or hgh. I simply increased my protein intake. This time I do use Androgel and am awaiting the arrival of the HGH I recently ordered-which will cover about half the period that I will need. In other words, I will need to place a second order.
I will write based on the merits of my first success and not mention the testosterone/hgh. But the second time around, I am in much more of a hurry to regain my former, toned physique.

I am getting my certification as a personal fitness trainer from ISSA.
Last year I was contracted to visit steroid vendors and rate them in an article that was published in European periodicals. I exposed several vendors who were fraudulent and exalted those who delivered their products within a reasonable time and forwarded their product for testing to my employer.
I am not sure how or when or even who published my results. But I do know that it was made public, and several of the sites who misrepresented themselves with a substandard product or did not deliver my order at all. Many of those sites no longer exist. I am happy to have served my fellow fitness enthusiasts by not exposing them to the vendors who were not legit.
