How long should I take take the nolvadex? Your thoughts on taking the d-bol with sust weeks 1-4, and than sust only 5-10. Also one bottle of dec has is expired according to date, does this really affect the dec? Expired 4 months ago.

What is you recommendation for first cycle, have 100/ 25mg dbol, bottle of 250mg sustanon, and 3 bottles of Deca 300? Also should I incorporate nolvadex in cycle or wait until end? I do not know if I will show signs of gyno. but want to eliminate any possibilities. I am 30 and weigh 151lbs...
