It doesn't go into the muscle. It goes between the skin and the muscle. I've used Melanotan 2 and PT-141. Its made me so much darker than anything I could get from the sun. Plus my sex drive is outrageous! My Husband is in heaven :) http://www.mellowtan.com/- jstone_239

It does increase libido in men and women! If you aren't interested in the tan then you can take PT-141. It also increases your libido. MellowTan this site has both Melanotan 2 and PT-141- jstone_239
