This is ridiculous. First order received with major part missing, second order haven't received at all. And no one available for assistance whatsoever. Even tried live and was told no one available. What the hell Naps

Have some issues with an order and submitted three tickets with no responses. Tried requesting my password via the "forgot password" option on the customer service/ticket website - as I know it advises to "log in" to view responses if no emails - it tells me email has been sent with password...
