    thanks guys.......i purchased myself a bowflex and have been sticking to a pretty good three day a week workout, a 1500 a day calorie diet....and i've actually dropped to 221 since my first post :)

    Hi everyone New here, but i have been here a bit doing some reading.......i'm 41, 5'11"...227 lbs.....pretty heavy around the mid-section......but i hope to change that... i'm definitly a newbie so i'll be asking alot of questions ....thanks for the great forum
