    I like tattoos but this is too extreme.

    I've got 18 tattoos myself, just in the middle of a 3/4 sleave. none on hands face etc. so if i wear a shirt at work you wouldnt know. I think the ink on that guys forehead might be a "uv ink" one, ie. it glows under uv light?

    Think you guys have it bad, here in the UK the cheapest petrol near me is ??£103.9/litre and diesel is ??£1.08/litre!! not sure on todays exchange rate? edited to put decimal point
