I pin quuads every other day. in thae beginning it was painful but after a week or so it was ok. just make shure you relax your quad and push pin in slow if you hit something back up change angle.

Take it earlier in the night. if its keeping ya up. take it closer to bed if it make ya sleepy. it works ok for me if im careful with my dosage otherwise i get really sic.
