Hi - yes, I have tried other routines too (for reasonably long periods).
Usual 4 day split ((3 exercises for each muscle group, 8 to 11 reps each set)):
Day 1: Chest & Triceps
Day 2: Back & Bicep
Day 3: Shoulders & Legs
Day 4: Chest, Back, Arms
