They need to do right by their customers. Been a loyal customer for a few years now. Never had a reason to go elsewhere till now. I just want my product. If they substitute it'd go a long way towards keeping me as a customer.

So is NAPS going to substitute Gen Shi for for GP since Gen Shi is now listed for sale on theri site? I'd like my order any damn day now.
