    The cravings do get especially bad at night, I just gobble up some Natural PB and wash it down with a protein shake. I usually have my cheat meal after my 50 minute cardio session. No, I am consuming about a teapsoon total of salt a day. Thank you for your replies. :clapping:

    Thanks! One last question. I am also thinking about another option. Run ECA for the next 4 weeks, that leaves me with 7 weeks left. Then run 11oxo from week 6-0. I assume there shouldnt be any bloat issues since it is a dry compound? I would recover even more from the last run. Any suggestions?
