i found that either my ISP or an ISP on route to wherever naps is hosted was blocking me. you can look at it through a proxy server mate but its really inconvienient.

Thanks for your help guys, ive determined my ISP is blocking it. I can access it from my iPhone since it used my carriers network and other computers not at my house work fine. Can also access from home computer using a proxy server but i would never order like that passing my infomation...

strange it worked from using a us proxy, for some reason the network i was trying to connect from through switzerland was blocking it 0_o

i just tracert their website and the packets are stuck in switzerland. i might try connecting from a us proxy

As the title says i havent been able to access the website since monday 21st march. Im waiting on an order tracking number but i cant even get to the support center to check it out. Anyone know whats up with the site or do others even have trouble accessing it?
