more aas = more gains and side effects. gains do not increase in a linear fashion, diminishing returns applies. take a gram of test a week for 4 month blasts/400mg/week for 2 month cruises with proper AI, track your lifts and your macros (adjust these as you progress), and you will be surprised...
I don't. there is no reason to "whig out". I can understand some uneasiness and anxiety if you are ordering massive quantities of powder, but other than that... no real issue
I use clenbuterol. about 80mcg/day. I also use a pre-workout on lifting days. currently using Mr. Hyde. They both help a great deal for energy, and clenbuterol and the caffeine from Hyde helps with fat loss. 500mg dnp/day. I will never use t3 again.. too catabolic
anavar is relatively light on the liver, but still harsh on lipids. I would recommend doing research on vitamin k2. also, why do you have sleep apnea? I would get that shit sorted out immediately
it's comforting to know that you are getting far more results out of your training, diet, and sleep (with aas) than you would otherwise.. in the same way, it's comforting to know that missing a meal, or having to do unanticipated cardio will not impact your results nearly as much on aas as...
no need to resort to insults.. nolvadex and Ralox have both proven to be effective in treating gyno (to be fair, Ralox proved to be more effective, but it is much harder to come by legit products. nolvadex is widely available).
