    Hi everyone, tall and small here.

    Im 32, 6'4, 107kg bf prob around 19%, trained full bore about 6 years ago and put on around 12kg muscle in 1.5 years, unfortunately lost all gains due to being a lazy bastard but got my motivation back and am ready to go hard again.
