Once your Pct has finished, whats your protocal? Do you have a deload week then go back to a hypertrophy workout- lift will down because your no longer on. Keep calories as they are or slowly decrease to get rid of the fat put on?

Nothing as of yet mate. I raised a ticket on the website and GXR64 responded to my PM saying he would look into it a week or so ago.

Update: No delivery so far so I've tried to PM GXR 64 but got no response. I've raised a ticket with the site direct so let's see how this goes.
