Thank you Quinc for your input. Apparently you are the only one in this entire forum that has any opinion on synephrine. This must really be an exotic supplement. Perhaps I should have asked what female in Hollywood has the nicest butt?

Among other things, ephedrine causes the body to secrete adrenaline into the bloodstream, causing an increase in metabolic rate. By taking aspirin and caffeine, this increases the effect for up to eight hours. Synephrine is supposed to have very similar qualities to ephedrine. My question is...

I'm new to this forum, but I have been lifting for about 30 years. I am walking into uncharted territories, as bodybuilding at the age of 48 is much different then when I was lifting in my 20's. I look forward to hearing from others experiences.
