is being a vegetarian makes it hard to excel in bodybuilding?!
is meat and stuff like that a must?
and if I am a vegetarian, is it a must to take supplements?

I want to gain some weight while training.. and I have been advised to use any of the "Growth Formula" supplements for 2 months or something...
is that OK?
and after I stop using it, would I lose my gains?
