What do u guys think about taking 1- AD while you are on a bulking cycle

Should i run the proviron through the whole cycle too

so i should run 40mg of nolvadex all the way through and in my post cycle and just forget about the clomid

this is my second cycle my last cycle was sus and dbol with clomid at the end and i gained 12 pounds and kept all of it im just trying to find out what you guys think would be the best for this nest cycle
