And no, it's not too long for a cut. Diet is gonna dictate your ability to cut. With tren so high, consider T3 at 50Mg max throughout, or EC/NYC (can be stacked with T3).

What's your experience with Tren? With ample experience, 700Mg/Wk isn't insane, but will produce insane results. But to minimize the sides, drop that Test to 250Mg/Wk.
