1st off i gotta say i loved the Super DMZrx im up 8lbs to 231 went up working stets 6x5 last set to failure starting 185 flat bench to 215 in 2 weeks that's a 30lb jump not bad my max was 245 and 265 on 2 boards im not a good bencher lol i start Test tonight thn in 2 weeks ill be on...
