This is my 1st week. I'm using chinese blue tops generic.
I know my source is reliable.
Is there anyway to combat it?

I kept my gh kit in the fridge 2-8 degrees but the powder froze solid, the loaded pins were fine though. is the powder ruined or ok to use?

Anyone have any experience with it? i have been reading and the doses people have taken are all over the place. Some say take it by body weight. some say start at .25/day for a week and increase up to .75/day and never go over. how were the sides? were they tolerable?
